  • Launch of New Employee Benefit Statement Website by BusinessPlans, Incorporated

June 2004 - BusinessPlans, Incorporated announced today the launch of a new web site, www.myBenefitStatements.com, to provide employers with customized paper and online employee benefit statement services.

Employee compensation is about a lot more than what companies pay their employees. Companies want and need to communicate the total value of their employee benefits program to their employees and open their eyes to their "hidden paycheck" because industry studies show what while employers spend an average of 40% over payroll on benefits, most employees have no idea what benefits they have or how much those benefits are worth.

Companies are spending many thousands of dollars to provide their employees with statutory and fringe benefits - but are they getting their money's worth?

Customized employee benefit statements will help companies attract new employees, improve employee morale, retain their present employees, and allow the company to provide an additional benefit to their employees that adds value and understanding. Benefit statements are a win-win benefit that's fairly economical to implement, especially once an employer considers the upside to using this powerful media to easily communicate the total value of an employee's compensation.

BusinessPlans, Inc. has been providing customized color benefit statement services since 1991 and recently decided to break off its benefit statement services into its own division to provide a more user friendly web site and to create a national awareness of its employee benefit statement services.

BusinessPlans offers custom paper and online benefit statement services. Paper benefit statements are available as a one-page, multi-page, or newsletter style format. Essentially, they offer benefit statement services that provide the solution to whatever an employers unique benefit statements needs may include.

Contact BusinessPlans, Inc. or visit the new www.myBenefitStatements.com website today to discuss how their custom benefit statement services will work for you!
